Clients of any detective agency are and always will be concerned with as much privacy as possible. When contacting any investigator you must be 100% sure that absolutely all information shared with anyone in that detective agency will stay ONLY between you and the agency.
It is funny to see many detective agencies posting testimonials on their Web sites claiming they have just copied them directly from the emails they received from clients. We even saw that some investigators claim that originals of those testimonials can be sent to you directly upon request by email and even be published with further permission of those clients involved elsewhere!
Once we received an inquiry from a detective agency in UK. Their client wanted to conduct a detailed background check of a lady from Nikolaev with whom he was corresponding through a dating Web site for several months. We checked out Web site of that PI agency and found out they had many testimonials from clients on their Web site. It was clearly written that should you wish to view original of any testimonial, you just have to choose one and original will be forwarded to you straight away. Thanks God it was noted that they were probably one of the very few PI agencies who can show everyone genuine testimonials from genuine satisfied clients. We hope they are the only PI agency like that and we would never deal with anyone who would be sharing our emails or recorded conversations with the rest of the world.

Many PI agencies write fake testimonials and reviews about services they provide on their Web sites mentioning just first names of their clients or more candidly signing testimonial as – M*****l or D****n. Since that kind of information may never be verified – we suppose there is just no need to post hundreds of fake testimonials made up by managers of PI agencies. Just imagine what kind of service will you receive from such agency and how satisfied will you be with results? 😉
So, on our Web site you will NEVER see a single testimonial from any of our clients, nor will you find out from us any names of our clients!
